Hotel/Motel is a film that will serve as a portrait of America by bringing honor to those who work in the service industry. By using match cuts, I will show how hotels and motels that are separated by large distances and price ranges perform essentially the same duty: provide a sense of “home” while people are on the road.

Bob-Job-Life is a look at an extremely confident man from Kansas City trying to make a living as a bartender in New York City. His long time friend — the filmmaker — quickly realizes he is more involved in Bob’s quest than he planned.
